MANAGERIAL INFORMATION AND CONTROL

Managerial Information and Control enhances quantifiable analysis of business operations by linking this perspective with aspects such as general policies, management of resources, interpretation of the environment and, ultimately, the guidance of desirable human behaviors. It focuses on the processes of collection, processing, interpretation and use of data with the aim of generating useful information for decision-makers in the company while offering innovative conceptual models for the design and implementation of operational, management and strategic control systems.
