HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Human Resource Management is charged with analyzing a human approach to business, the challenge of attraction, development, retention and the promotion of people from different types of organizations and particular circumstances. It also takes on human resource problems that take place within companies; it proposes ways to ensure that personnel gain more satisfaction and increase their productivity. It includes aspects of planning policies and the development of human resources and leadership styles, organization and management by objectives.
