GENERAL MANAGEMENT

General Management offers participants the perspective of the CEO, that is, an overall vision of the company. Some of the aspects addressed are strategy, the organization’s mission, the meaning of management and its future vision as an entity that consists mainly of people.

Its objectives are:

  • Describe the nature and reach of a company’s leadership function in a way that serves as a guide to participants to orient the development or perfection of their own abilities.
  • Present, describe and practice the concepts, models and methodology that can be useful in performing managerial or governmental functions.
  • Exercise diagnostic and decision-making processes with a global focus, using each operating area’s tools and techniques with managerial sense.
