Organizational Behavior focuses on studying the basic elements that allow a better understanding of the individual and collective behavior of people in organizations, based on the reflection on concepts and topics such as: the structure of the mature personality, freedom, responsibility, motivations, the problems of resistance to change, types of authority, leadership, group formation, communication, management of insecurity, and the various human problems within organizations.
